ouch Dave you look very stiff, tense and heavy legged. You need to work on your hip flexibility and calf strength.

I remember doing these for foot ball during high school. I never actually realized these were good for anything, but a fun way to warm up

not sure if any you guys ever play team sports but thats basic team sport kinda stuff look at warm ups for running backs and or wide outs
